Talent Acquisition _Team Lead

Role :The Team Member is responsible for executing day-to-day HR operations across multiple service delivery towers, ensuring efficient and seamless end-to-end service delivery across key HR functions, including UK Requirement life cycle like Co-ordinate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, create vacancies and manage ATS, candidate communication, offer admin; background checks; TA reporting, initiate onboarding etc

• Graduate with 4 5 years of experience in managing end to end Recruitment for UK region (Co-ordinate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, create vacancies and manage ATS, candidate communication, offer administration; background checks; TA reporting, initiate onboarding)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex operational issues.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
• Create and manage job requisitions and vacancies within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment documentation within the ATS in accordance with company policies and data privacy requirements.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Support offer management activities, including offer letter preparation, approvals, issuance, and acceptance tracking.
• Coordinate and monitor pre-employment background verification checks, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements
