Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.

• Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Preferred:

• Experience using ATS or recruitment platforms.

• Experience hiring software engineering and product talent.

• Immediate or short notice period.
