Role & responsibilities
1. Should have strong experience in Recruitment and Selection, and knowledge of Employee relation, Employee retention (Industry: Automotive, Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, Construction)
2. Excellent communication skills, Good command over English Language, and thorough Knowledge of Computers (Microsoft word, Excel power Point )
3. Should have adequate knowledge of Contract labour Management.
4. Should have adequate knowledge of Talent Acquisition and Industrial Relations.
5. Should be result Oriented under stringent time Schedule.
6. Finalization of manpower requirement for the O&M as per the work design parameters.
7. Timely closure of open positions through internal /external candidates
