Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying, mapping, and reaching out to top candidates for open roles
- Conduct market and talent pool research across nonprofit, consulting, and corporate sectors
- Support candidate outreach via LinkedIn, referrals, and internal networks
- Maintain and update the internal hiring database and candidate tracker
- Help in drafting job descriptions and preparing screening material
- Coordinate interview schedules and help in candidate communication and engagement
- Sit in on TA strategy discussions and contribute to team planning
What Were Looking For
- Strong research, communication, and organization skills
- Interest in talent, leadership, or human capital in the impact sector
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in recruitment, research, or HR (even in college societies) is a plus
- Proficiency with LinkedIn and Google Workspace
