Location: Nehru Place, New Delhi
Work Mode: On-Site (5 Days Working)
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and enthusiastic
Talent Acquisition Fresher to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates from job portals.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Maintain candidate databases and trackers.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to support recruitment processes.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good understanding of AI tools and technology.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Fresher or up to 6 months of experience.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
