Shift: Day Shift (11:30AM to 8:30PM)
Working Days : 5 Days a Week (Sat & Sun Fixed Off)
Experience
- 1 - 3 years in Talent Acquisition (US Healthcare RCM preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare RCM roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen profiles, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage offer rollouts, follow-ups, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Required Skills
- Experience in volume hiring and stakeholder management.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of RCM roles such as AR Calling, Medical Billing, Charge Entry, Payment Posting, Coding, and Denial Management is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
Preferred: Experience in US Healthcare/RCM recruitment.
