Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for a system\-driven Talent Acquisition Executive who can independently manage hiring execution, end\-to\-end and help build a dependable team for a stable, long\-term business.

  Key Responsibilities:
  

  
  

  • Own end\-to\-end hiring execution across functions, from sourcing to onboarding, through structured and system\-led processes.
    
  • Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and local networks while conducting sharp initial screening to ensure role\-fit.
    
  • Drive interview coordination, feedback alignment, and offer closures to meet aggressive hiring timelines.
    
  • Maintain structured hiring trackers using Zoho Recruit to bring discipline to startup hiring.
    
  • Track TAT, open roles, offer\-to\-joining ratios, and early attrition to support data\-backed hiring decisions.
    
  • Partner closely with founders and hiring managers as a single point of contact to enable quick decision\-making.
    
  • Support smooth onboarding and early employee engagement to improve joining experience and retention.
    
  • \ Strengthen employer presence by creating startup\-focused JDs, hiring posts, and basic recruitment creatives.
    

    
    

    
    

    
    
    Requirements

    • 1\3 years of experience in recruitment \/ HR.
      

    • Exposure to startups or high\-volume hiring preferred.
      

    • Strong follow\-up, coordination, and execution skills.
      

    • Comfortable working with systems, trackers, and data.
      

    • Clear communication in English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
      

    • Honest, disciplined, and ownership\-oriented mindset.
