Talent Acquisition Executive

Fitnesstalks India is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to hire top talent across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals for Personal Trainers, Coaches and Nutritionist.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 03 years of recruitment experience (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Naukri and other hiring platforms is an advantage.
