Role - Talent Acquisition executive
Experience - 3 to 6 Years
- Experience in IT & Engineering hiring recruitment
- Create and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for critical and niche positions.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and panel members.
- Maintain and track recruitment data in ATS or Excel dashboards..
- Strong understanding of automotive embedded technologies & automotive functions
- Good negotiation and offer closing experience
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
