Roles Responsibilities:

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding
Handle Domestic IT hiring mandates across various technology stacks and levels
Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks
Screen profiles, conduct initial HR discussions, and evaluate candidate suitability
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and internal stakeholders
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals
Understand client requirements thoroughly and provide suitable hiring solutions.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Track and maintain recruitment data, reports, and updates using MS Excel or internal systems.
