Talent Acquisition Executive

Should have experience of various selection process and must be
able to conduct different type of interviews such as Telephonic,
Virtual and personal.

Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding
to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job
portals, Social Media, referrals.
Handle recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, interviews,
offers, follow up till the candidate joins
Team Management skills, Experienced in Leadership Hiring & Lateral
Hirings

Internal and External stakeholder Management

Interview, conduct thorough pre-screening and assessment of
potential candidates, conduct skills assessment to evaluate
candidates technical skills and competencies and assess
candidates ability to fit the work environment.

 

Required Candidate profile

 

Mandatory experience in Lateral hiring & Headhunting
Min 5 to 8 Years Experience
Excellent communication skills Both English and Hindi
Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast-paced
environment.
Immediate Joiner will be Preferred
