Role & responsibilities

1. Sourcing Candidates:
Advertise open positions using job portals, social media, professional networks, and internal channels.
Actively source and build a talent pipeline for future organizational needs.

2. Screening & Shortlisting:
Review resumes and applications to assess candidates based on job specifications.
Conduct initial screening interviews via phone, video, or in person to shortlist qualified candidates.

3. Interview Coordination:
Schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and respective hiring managers.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

4. Onboarding Assistance:
Assist in the preparation and issuance of CTC documents, offer letters, and joining kits.
Coordinate with the HO HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

5. Database & SAP Management:
Maintain and update candidate records in SAP.
Ensure accurate logging of recruitment activities and pipeline status.

6. Relationship Management:
Engage with past applicants and maintain a talent pool for future opportunities.
Build and manage relationships with external agencies, campus placement cells, and job consultants.

Skills

Strong knowledge of recruitment life cycle, sourcing strategies, and interview techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong coordination, planning, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of local language(s) is preferred for regional hiring support.
