Utilize job portals effectively for job postings and candidate searches.
Conduct face-to-face interviews with professionalism and precision.
Collaborate seamlessly with Heads of Departments (HODs) for workforce planning and coordination.
Draft and refine job descriptions to attract the right talent.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through proactive talent sourcing.
Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Provide insights and reports on recruitment metrics to support decision-making.

Excellent command of English communication (written and verbal).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Effective negotiation and convincing skills.
Willingness to travel internationally if required.
