Role & responsibilities ;-

• Source Candidates: Find top sales talent using job boards, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
• Screen Resumes: Review applications to match candidate skills with sales job requirements.
• Conduct Interviews: Lead initial phone or video screening calls to check communication skills and drive.
• Manage Pipeline: Keep the applicant tracking system updated with candidate status and notes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 2 to 8 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on non-IT or Field sales hiring.
• Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with hiring portals (like LinkedIn or Naukri) and basic interview techniques.
• Education: Bachelors Degree
