Job Description

Nibav Home Lifts is looking for a passionate and result-driven Hindi-Speaking Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and strong sourcing skills across multiple hiring platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring.
• Handle offer negotiations and candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment reports and hiring trackers.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Fluent Hindi communication is mandatory.
• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Experience in hiring for Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Corporate roles.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
