Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and meeting organizational hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate salary and release offer letters.
• Coordinate pre-employment documentation, background verification, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and campus recruitment drives.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and employment laws.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and recruitment campaigns.
• Work towards achieving recruitment KPIs such as TAT, offer acceptance ratio, and joining ratio.
