Talent Acquisition Executive

• Create & update Job Descriptions, as per the Organization Structure, to ensure they are accurate & relevant for hiring and managing talent

• Explore, Identify & Formalize Recruitment Partners and work with them for enabling the hiring process

• The incumbent will report to the CEO for talent acquisition and support other company operations.

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/ Operations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Hands-on, self-driven with high energy levels and willing to explore new ideas

• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with stakeholders across functions within the organization

• Strong communication & presentation skills

• Sound business acumen & ability to think out of the box

• Education : MBA Preferred; Graduate in any discipline
