Role & responsibilities:
- 25 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and referrals.
- Good understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, SAP, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ATS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
