Job Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and hiring reports.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and achieve recruitment targets.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
• Stay updated on market trends and innovative sourcing strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in recruitment are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of sourcing through job portals and social media platforms.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office is an added advantage.
