Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage bulk hiring processes for various government projects, ensuring timely delivery of candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the best fit for each role.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding process for new hires.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field (staffing/recruitment).
• Strong understanding of government business operations and regulations.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale recruitment campaigns (bulk hiring) is essential.
