Talent Acquisition Consultant (US & India)
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Consultant (US & India) to manage end-to-end recruitment for both the US and Indian markets. The ideal candidate will have expertise in recruiting for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, and life sciences organizations, with a strong understanding of the US and India hiring process, employment types, work authorization, and recruitment best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US and India-based positions.
- Understand hiring requirements and work closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, etc.), social media, referrals, and networking.
- Recruit for clinical, statistical programming, data management, biostatistics, SAS programming, R programming, data engineering, AI/ML, pharmacovigilance, and IT roles.
- Conduct initial HR screenings to assess technical qualifications, communication skills, work authorization, compensation expectations, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews across US time zones and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate salary, compensation, joining timelines and manage the offer process.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) .
- Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, and hiring pipeline.
- Support employer branding initiatives through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Prepare and release offer letters and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends, labor market conditions, and hiring best practices in both the US and India.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for both US and Indian markets.
- Knowledge of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorization (US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, EAD, TN, etc.).
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred
