Role & responsibilities

Experience : 2 to 5 years

Location : Chennai

Hybrid

Shift : US and UK

Cab facility

• Execute end-to-end recruitment for assigned AMER requisitions within SLAs.
• Execute end-to-end recruitment for assigned EMEA requisitions within SLAs
• Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer and onboarding activities
• Maintain ATS accuracy, candidate experience and hiring-process compliance
• Coordinate with hiring managers, HRBPs and vendors while suggesting process improvements.
• ATS/tools including Workday Recruiting and/or Greenhouse; sourcing platforms; interview scheduling and offer/onboarding trackers; vendor/RPO tools.
• Stakeholder and candidate management.
• ATS discipline/ Recruitment process compliance
