Sourcing and screening of candidates You ll assist the talent acquisition managers in the sourcing and screening stage. You ll be assisting them in publishing jobs, educating candidates about the opportunities and the organization, and processing their candidature.
Preparing job descriptions Prepare job descriptions for requirements raised by the hiring managers and stakeholders.
Coordinate with the candidates and the stakeholders You ll be coordinating with candidates and various stakeholders for setting up interviews, closing the loop, and processing candidature as per the process.
Updating ATS and reports Update the ATS for assigned positions, and create daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested by the stakeholders.

What are we looking for

Bachelors/Master s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1 to 3 years of recruiting experience, in a white-collar bulk recruitment setting is preferred
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Comfortable making decisions independently, possesses leadership qualities
Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
