Lead the offshore team.
Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integration and processing solutions using Talend, and Snowflake.
Building robust ETL pipelines, transforming data, and managing cloud-based data warehouses to support business reporting, analytics, and operational needs.
Designs and develops APIs for real-time data integration and ensures seamless system connectivity.
Optimizes ETL jobs and API performance to meet data integration and throughput requirements.
Automates data integration tasks where possible to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Creates detailed documentation for all data integration processes, including ETL jobs and API endpoints.
Develops and executes a data integration strategy that aligns with the objectives and adheres to the banks data governance policies.
