Data Analytics Unit

Responsibilities

Support and manage Talend environments across Development, Test, and Production
Perform basic Talend Administration Center tasks such as simple scheduling updates, deployments support, and user access management.
Assist with deployments and release processes.
Check for job failures or delays and coordinate with development teams to resolve issues.
Support performance checks and help with simple job or configuration improvements
Maintain platform stability by supporting patch updates, connector management, and version upgrades under guidance
Carry out routine operational activities including log checks, environment validation, and execution reports
Follow security and access control guidelines and ensure compliance with organizational policies
Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities as part of standard operations
Update documentation and runbooks and contribute to continuous improvement of platform operations.

Technical and Professional Requirements

Required SkillsHands on experience with Talend for administration and support activities.
Working knowledge of ETL concepts and data integration processes.
Exposure to AWS cloud services used in data platform environments.
Basic understanding of enterprise data platforms and how ETL jobs interact with downstream systems.
Familiarity with deployment pipelines / CI CD processes and release coordination.
Ability to perform routine operational tasks, troubleshoot issues, and follow defined support procedures
Clear and professional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
Perform effectively in fast paced, production support environments.

Qualifications

Bachelors or masters degrees in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
