Technical skillsets

Ability to translate business needs into requirements and effective data visualization.

Database mining and data analysis.

Extensive knowledge and experience in Tableau development.

Ability to enhance existing Tableau dashboards.

Exceptional knowledge and experience in developing new Tableau dashboards.

Good knowledge and experience in MS Excel.

Must have SQL language knowledge and experience.

Personnel shall have strong problem-solving skills; strong verbal communication skills including U.S. English; ability to multitask on various duties; and the ability to work in a team environment and aid when necessary.

Verify the accuracy of their work and make judgments on applying the established policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and accurate outcome.

Understand that exceptions may occur and will be responsible to analyze various situations, prioritize, escalate, or communicate the action to the manager or designee.

Perform under limited supervision and will provide coverage for other team members when necessary.

Build strong relationships with team members, and related department personnel and business partners.

Possess the ability to escalate appropriately to their manager.
