Tableau Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Tableau Developer who can design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and reports to provide actionable business insights. We need a good communication skilled (In English)..The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Tableau, a strong understanding of data visualization principles, and the ability to work with complex datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and publish interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective visual analytics solutions.
  
• Optimize dashboards for performance and scalability.
  
• Integrate Tableau with various data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, Cloud Databases, etc.
  
• Create calculated fields, parameters, level of detail (LOD) expressions, and other advanced Tableau features to meet business needs.
  
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all deliverables.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve any Tableau-related issues.
  
• Stay updated with new Tableau features and best practices to enhance analytics capabilities.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server (minimum 3 years hands-on experience).
  
• Expertise in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  
• Deep understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
  
• Hands-on experience in building complex dashboards with calculated fields, parameters, filters, and LOD expressions.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  
• Excellent communication skills to interact with business and technical teams.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Alteryx, Informatica, Talend).
  
• Knowledge of other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView).
  
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
