Tableau Developer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards to provide insights into business performance metrics.
• Troubleshoot issues with existing reports and dashboards, ensuring timely resolution of tickets raised by stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for new report development and implement changes as needed.
• Provide production support for data visualization tools such as Tableau.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) for managing incidents and requests.
• Proficiency in developing complex reports using Tableau or similar tools.
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
