Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau Next.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
• Optimize data visualization performance and ensure scalability.
• Integrate Tableau with various data sources (Snowflake, SQL Server, Cloud platforms).
• Implement data security, governance, and role-based access in Tableau.
• Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Stay updated with Tableau Next features and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in BI development with Tableau
• Hands-on experience with Tableau Next and advanced visualization techniques.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data warehousing.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
