Responsibilities
- 25 years of experience in Tableau Server / Tableau Cloud administration.
- Strong understanding of Tableau architecture (Server, Desktop, Prep).
- Experience with installation, upgrades, and maintenance of Tableau environments.
- Knowledge of user management and access control (RBAC).
- Familiarity with performance tuning and monitoring tools.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
- Basic experience with Linux/Windows server management.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Experience with Tableau Online (Cloud) or Tableau Cloud migrations.
- Knowledge of Tableau REST API and automation scripting (Python/Shell).
- Familiarity with SSO integration (SAML, OAuth, Active Directory).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks.
- Exposure to Tableau Prep and data pipelines.
