Location: Chennai
What Were Looking For:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Non-IT & Blue Collar Recruitment
Strong experience in Bulk/Mass Hiring
Fluency in Hindi, English and Regional Language (Hindi is mandatory)
Hands-on experience with sourcing through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
Strong screening, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills
Ability to work in a target-driven, high-volume recruitment environment
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT and Blue Collar roles
Drive bulk hiring campaigns to meet business requirements
Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with candidates
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure an excellent candidate experience
Partner with hiring managers to close positions within defined timelines.
