TA-Consultant and Senior Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• University Degree or equivalent and 1-6 years of relevant work experience supporting recruitment delivery
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within a GBS, shared services or high-volume environment
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools/ATS
• Familiarity with EMEA and AMER hiring practices and multi-country recruitment exposure
• Understanding of UK Right to Work verification requirements and associated hiring compliance
• Exposure to AMER hiring practices and multi-country recruitment
• Demonstrates knowledge of US Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) requirements, including structured interviewing practices, prohibition on protected class inquiry, and applicable recruitment record-keeping obligation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
