Qualifications & Experience
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. ISTQB Foundation Level certification is required; ISTQB Advanced Level (Test Manager / Test Analyst) is strongly preferred.
Preferred Experience:
1. Min of 6–8 years of experience in software testing, including experience leading or coordinating a testing team, across functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
2. Banking Products and Process Knowledge Preferred
3. Experience in the banking or financial services industry, with hands-on exposure to the Temenos T24 core banking platform (mortgage / lending preferred).
4. Hands-on testing experience with mortgage / lending products and SZHP-type government housing or subsidy schemes is highly desirable.
5. Experience testing BPMN / workflow management systems and system integrations in a core-banking landscape.
6. Demonstrated experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
7. Experience with API testing and data validation.
8. Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks is an advantage.
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of the project delivery-lifecycle and testing best practices.
- Practical experience in generating test documentation and execution reports.
- Experience in Agile methodology and associated tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
