Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into T24 functional solutions.
- Configure and support T24 Lending and Securities modules.
- Participate in T24 implementation, upgrade, migration, and enhancement projects.
- Perform requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Support end-to-end testing including SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
- Work with technical teams for interfaces, data migration, and integration activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and user documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
