Systems Analyst

2+ years of business systems experience including system requirements, systems help desk, systems training, business process design, technical documentation, or Agile/Scrum project delivery. Experience working on Salesforce implementations is mandatory

• Fluency in English
• Ability to analyze business operations and design automated solutions
• Strong human relations, communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Experience designing Salesforce solutions a must
• Candidate must understand Salesforce concepts like configuration, automation flows, validation rules, roles/profiles, integrations/APIs, reporting, and dashboards
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce data management tools, sandboxes, and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Ability to present and communicate effectively with management stakeholders
• Ability to collaborate with system users and technical development teams to translate needs into actionable user stories
• Ability to create, read, and interpret system documentation
• Strong problem solving skills in process automation
• Demonstrated business impact from prior work
