Location: This is a hybrid opportunity in Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurugram area.

About the role

As a Systems Analyst, you will monitor and optimize ICAT workflows to maximize productivity and efficiency. We will count on you to collaborate with ICAT, GDN and other teams to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions. Along the way, you will get to:

• Design, develop, andmaintainprocess documentation and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations.
• Implement, and oversee compliance regulations to ensure organizational adherence.
• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless task transitions.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments toidentifyrisks.
• Analyze workflow data to track performance andidentifyareas for improvement.
• Train team members on updated processes and workflow tools.
• Manage resource allocation to ensuretimelycompletion of tasks.
• Create tracking systems to manage workflow and task statuses effectivelytillproject closer.
• Conduct various daily/weekly and monthly meetings to share progressupdate.
• Validate POE (Proof ofExecution) and reediness for claim submission.
• Track team and departmental performance,producereportsand share with management.
• Report onbudgets, controlling costs while meeting organizational goals.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, challenges, and successes.
