System Support Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Forensics Professional with 7 to 12 years of expertise in digital investigations, cyber security operations, and forensic analysis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in conducting cyber forensic investigations, evidence collection, data recovery, and supporting legal/government agencies in cybercrime cases.

Roles and Responsibility

• Conduct thorough cyber forensic investigations and analyze digital evidence to support legal/government agencies in cybercrime cases.
• Collect and recover data from various sources, including mobile devices, emails, and Windows/MacOS systems.
• Use forensic tools such as FTK Imager, UFED, Cellebrite, Oxygen, MOBILedit, and Macquisition for Windows, MacOS, Mobile, and Email forensics.
• Prepare technical findings for legal and compliance purposes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with government officials, law enforcement agencies, and enterprise clients to resolve investigation issues.
• Develop and implement effective cybersecurity strategies to mitigate risks and ensure system security.

Job Requirements

• Technical knowledge in Java Technologies or Microsoft Technologies, along with understanding of QMS and SDLC processes.
• Experience in customer onboarding and training, focusing on providing excellent service and support.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient in using forensic tools such as FTK Imager, UFED, Cellebrite, Oxygen, MOBILedit, and Macquisition for Windows, MacOS, Mobile, and Email forensics.
• Skilled in handling cyber forensic raids, digital evidence preservation, and preparing technical findings for legal and compliance purposes.
• Knowledgeable in SQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and cyber security best practices.
• Certified in CEH and CHFI with strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills.
• B. Tech / B. E in CS/IT/EE or MCA; With 5 years of IT Experience, or Any Graduate having 8 years of IT Experience.
