- Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Azure Administration (VMs, Storage, Networking, App Services, Backup)
- Intune / Endpoint Manager
- User onboarding & offboarding
- MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC
- Windows 10/11 administration
- DNS, VPN, basic firewall troubleshooting
- Microsoft Defender / Endpoint Security
- PowerShell scripting (basic knowledge)
- Azure Monitor and Backup
Responsibilities
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 environment
- Administer Azure cloud resources
- Handle user onboarding/offboarding and access management
- Provide L2/L3 technical support for cloud and endpoint issues
- Manage endpoint devices using Intune
- Troubleshoot networking and connectivity issues
- Monitor Azure infrastructure and perform routine maintenance
- Support security best practices and compliance initiatives (SOC2/ISO 27001)
- Create and maintain technical documentation
