Installing and troubleshooting PCs and hardware.
Installation, configuration and troubleshooting application software s and device drivers.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of Network connectivity.
MS OUTLOOK configuration , working in server client environment, providing on-site Support .
Installation of Networked standalone printers scanners.
Attending to the Workstation Related calls.
Troubleshooting the general hardware/software related problems Windows 7/8/10 , Mac, Linux .
System Security Antivirus installation and troubleshooting.
Operating system Installations, anti-virus updating.
Planning, Maintaining and troubleshooting the issues related to LAN network .
Troubleshooting of WIFI and Domain related problem.
Configuration and installation of VOIP Phones.
Responsible for managing all I.T. Assets.
