Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, networking, and software on Linux and Microsoft Windows platforms.
- Configure routers, switches, and other network devices for optimal performance.
- Provide remote support to clients through phone or email communication.
- Collaborate with team members to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, networking (routers, switches), and basic programming concepts (e.g., Python).
- Proficiency in configuring Linux operating systems and troubleshooting common issues.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows operating system.
