System Engineer

Looking for a skilled System Engineer with a bachelor s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in this role. They are someone who can succeed as a System Engineer because of their strong problem-solving skills. They are someone who is currently living in Mumbai and can start immediately or have a notice period of fewer than 30 days and are willing to work from the office. What s for the Candidate:Best-in-class packages 21 Paid Holidays & 15 public holidays Insurance Tech tools/ assets Job Responsibilities: They have to ensure that the IT Helpdesk tickets are monitored, resolved and closed in line with the agreed KPIs described within the IT SLA document. Ensure that the working processes are executed in line with the agreed standards and workflows (such as user creation (starter & leaver process), adjustments required in relation to end-user configurations) etc. Maintaining computer networks and systems including software, mainframes and other physical hardware. Installing and configuring infra equipment to update or fix hardware or software issues. Monitoring computer systems to improve system performance. Communicating networking issues to other employees and management. Fixing software and hardware configuration issues for users on-demand or from inspection of the systems. Contribute to ensuring effective corporate governance, risk management and internal controls. Identify opportunities for automation, and assist with the development of automation systems to address those opportunities. Manage users using Windows Enterprise server operating systems, in combination with Active Directory User Management. Proven technical IT support experience, that will enable you to work on a day-to-day basis. Ensuring effective corporate governance like Inventory, Vendor and Stakeholder management for internal controls. Mandatory Requirements: Mac OS and troubleshooting (installation knowledge is doable) Windows (Dell) & printer troubleshooting Wi-Fi router Mail configuration Knowledge about software like AutoCAD and adobe. Worked on the Office 365 portal as an administrator and can access from O365 portal. The candidate should have worked on Azure. The candidate should have experience in inventory management e.g., preparing inventory and procurement processes for various equipment and licenses.
