System Engineer

The role is suitable for professionals with experience in Linux/Windows administration, server management, networking, monitoring, technical support, and infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and infrastructure health.
• Manage server resources, users, permissions, and access controls.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network-related issues.
• Perform system updates, patches, backups, and maintenance activities.
• Monitor applications, servers, and infrastructure using monitoring tools.
• Support network components such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, and firewalls.
• Handle incident and service requests according to defined SLAs.
• Maintain system documentation, configurations, and technical records.
• Coordinate with application, network, security, and development teams.
• Support deployment and configuration activities in development and production environments.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migration, and automation initiatives.
• Follow IT security, backup, disaster recovery, and compliance procedures.
