Position: System Engineer 3
Experience: 6-12

Location: Bangalore, India

Contract tenure: 12 Months

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and automate CPU, GPU, and NPU benchmarks on Linux platforms.
• Analyze kernel logs, profiling data, and system performance metrics.
• Tune Linux OS, BIOS, firmware, scheduler, thermal, and power settings.
• Develop automation and data-processing scripts using Python, Bash, and C/C++.
• Use tools such as perf, ftrace, turbostat, and VTune for performance analysis.
• Debug system, firmware, kernel, and software issues during benchmarking.
• Document performance findings, tuning actions, and recommendations.

Required Skills:

• Strong Linux Kernel and OS Internals knowledge.
• Hands-on experience in system performance, benchmarking, and profiling.
• Strong C/C++, Python, and Bash scripting skills.
• Experience with CPU architecture and kernel-level optimization.
• Knowledge of scheduler, power, and thermal frameworks.
• Experience with Ubuntu, Yocto, Android, or Embedded Linux.
• x86 experience preferred; ARM experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Git and JIRA.

Education: B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. in Computer/Electronics Engineering.
