;Roles/Responsibility
  • ;Hands on Good Experience on Windows OS 7/8.1/10, Windows Server., O365,Active directory, Group policy ,User creation etc.
  • ;Hands on Desktop, Laptop, Printer Installation and Hardware Troubleshooting.
  • ;Hands on configuration of router ,Firewall.
  • ;Coordinate with Vendors for Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Operating System, Network Connectivity, Antivirus issue.
  • ;Handle Office Internet issues.
  • ;Knowledge of Microsoft teams, Skype for Business, CISCO WebEx, Skype ,Polycom for business for Video Conferencing.
  • ;Virtualization: VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V
  • ;Managing the installation and configuration part of all standard software system as per the Company policy.
  • ;Responsible to provide end to end solution on daily basic technical issues of Laptop, Desktop, Printer, Windows, LAN and Wi-Fi Network.
  • ;Installation of Disk Quotas, Backup and Restore. Configure access to Shared Folders. Resolve e-mail related issue (MS Outlook,) Mail Backup and Restore
  • ;Backup of Servers, Router, Firewall.
  • ;Knowledge of Linux its configuration.
  • ;Taking the asset details of the company stock means new and old stock like old laptops new laptops console cable vj cable old key board new keyboard old mouse then many things
