System Administrator

Job Purpose :The job objective for a system administrator maintaining compliance is to ensure the organization's IT infrastructure adheres to internal security policies and industry standards. This is achieved by implementing strict access controls, managing system patches, and performing routine audits to protect sensitive data 

Job Description :- Working knowledge of network, PC, and platform operating systems, including Microsoft, IOS, Linux
- Microsoft Office 365, Endpoint Security, Firewall and SAS Softwares
- Working knowledge of current systems software, protocols, and standards,

Non-technical
- Problem Sensitivity The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong
- Judgment and Decision Making—Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential solutions to choose the most appropriate one
- High level of patience and professionalism when working with other employees who will have a varying range of computer competencies.

Minimum Education :Any Graduate, BCA / B.Sc. (IT) / B.Sc. 

Skills :- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
- Respond to and resolve help desk requests
- Maintain administrator computer networks and related computing environments, including computer and device hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software and network and system problems.
- Configure, monitor, and maintain email applications and virus protection software.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
- Check, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with live CCTV streaming.
- Add or remove CCTV cameras depending on needs and situations.
- Set up and install physical access control systems for FCPL offices.
- Monitor the working of physical access control systems, troubleshoot in case of malfunction, and resolve issues.
- Respond to and resolve help desk requests from parents and employees; escalate more complex issues to vendors.
