Job Description
Position Summary
The System Administrator provides advanced technical support, proactive monitoring, and incident resolution across network, server, and security environments. Handles escalations from Level 1 and ensures system availability and performance.
Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibility
- Monitor infrastructure using RMM tools
- Handle ticket triage and L1 escalations
Perform root cause analysis
- Manage RMM alerts and incidents
- Implement patch management and updates
- Perform vulnerability scanning and tracking
- Maintain inventory and asset management
- Prepare operational reports
Technical Skills
- Windows Server and Desktop environments
- Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- RMM tools and monitoring systems
- Backup and patch management
- Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Basic security and cloud knowledge
Experience
- 4+ Years of experience
- Experience handling escalations
- Preferred certifications: Network+, Security+, Microsoft Fundamentals
