Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, Laptops, servers, network & surveillance.
- Install and upgrade computer components to latest, software, windows & Linux operating systems, servers & network equipment s.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
- Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.
- Configuring and maintaining Manage Engine, Sophos firewall, ADS control, AWS & Azure administration
- Local & Network Printer configurations
- Configuring and maintaining IP Cameras
- Cloud Management, MS azure & Integration
- Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks
- Maintaining and administering computer networks
- New technology exploration
Eligibility
- Male candidates with B.Tech(CSE/ECE) / BSC Computers/ Networking Course
- Ready to sign 2.5 years service agreement with the company
- Experience preferred
