System Administrator

Role & responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and security hardening.
• Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Monitor server logs and system alerts to identify and resolve problems proactively.
• Support virtualization platforms and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate system documentation, procedures, and inventory records.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders on infrastructure projects.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1 to 3 years of experience in system administration.
