Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Messaging & Active Directory Engineer with 2+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting Active Directory services, Exchange/Office 365 messaging environments, user administration, and troubleshooting identity and email-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Active Directory (AD) administration, including user accounts, groups, and organizational units.
• Perform user provisioning, de-provisioning, password resets, and access management activities.
• Administer and support Microsoft Exchange/Exchange Online (Office 365) environments.
• Handle mailbox creation, migration, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, and email troubleshooting.
• Manage Azure AD synchronization and identity-related tasks.
• Troubleshoot authentication, mail flow, and directory service issues.
• Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and support teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
• Document procedures, configurations, and operational activities.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Active Directory Administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange/Exchange Online (O365).
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).
• Understanding of DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO), and Windows Server environments.
• Experience in user lifecycle management and access control.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Azure administration and hybrid environments.
• ITIL process awareness/certification is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications will be an added advantage.
