Job Description

  • Administer and govern SaaS platforms including GitHub (organisation and repository access, branch protections, CODEOWNERS), AWS (IAM users, roles, policies, and service-level permissions), Claude AI Teams (seat management, usage policy enforcement), Zoho (CRM, Mail, People, and Desk modules), and Jira / Confluence.
  • Manage user lifecycle across all platforms onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and periodic access reviews following documented SOPs and least-privilege principles.
  • Maintain and evolve IT governance documentation including access control matrices, SOP runbooks, and platform-specific configuration baselines.
  • Serve as the L1/L2 point of contact for IT support tickets platform access issues, credential resets, permission escalations, and SaaS configuration queries escalating to L3 / vendor when required.
  • Monitor AWS cost and usage dashboards, flag anomalies, and support the delivery team in optimizing cloud spend across EC2, S3, RDS, and related services.
  • Coordinate with development vendors (Mallow Tech) on platform access provisioning, integration requirements, and the gradual transition of admin ownership back to the client organisation.
  • Support SAML / SSO integration and Active Directory configuration for corporate client onboarding and the RedTaxi booking portal.
  • Proactively identify platform security gaps, unused licences, shadow IT risks, and non-compliant configurations, and raise them with the delivery manager for remediation.
  • Hands-on proficiency administering GitHub organisations (member roles, team structures, branch protection rules, Actions, and audit logs) and AWS (IAM, EC2, S3, CloudWatch, and Cost Explorer).
  • Working knowledge of Zoho Suite administration (user management, module configuration, and integrations) and Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence project and permission settings).
  • Solid understanding of identity and access management concepts RBAC, least privilege, MFA enforcement, and access reviews and practical experience implementing them across SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to write and maintain clear SOPs, access request procedures, and runbooks that non-technical stakeholders can follow.
  • Comfortable working in an Agile / Scrum delivery environment alongside development teams, QA, and product stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Tamil, with the ability to translate technical access controls and platform policies into simple language for business users.
  • Proactive, ownership-oriented mindset you follow up, close the loop, and flag risks before they become incidents.
